MATLAB (legacy)

The Robotics Toolbox for MATLAB dates back to 1993, and with the Machine Vision Toolbox and Spatial Math Toolbox it was used by the 1st and 2nd editions of Robotics, Vision & Control. They are no longer actively developed but remain freely available, and widely used.

The MATLAB edition of Robotics, Vision & Control (3rd edition) uses MathWorks’ own toolboxes, such as the Robotics System Toolbox and Computer Vision Toolbox.
